# Delete a registration time ticket

Use this endpoint to remove a ticket, for example one issued in error. The ticket is deleted permanently and stops applying right away. The student can still register if another ticket for the term is open. You can reuse `{registration_time_id}` for a new ticket.

#### Notes

* **Deleting a ticket that doesn't exist returns a 400.** `Registration Time with id: {registration_time_id} does not exist`. Treat that message as success if you retry.
* **Tickets of archived students can't be deleted.** The call returns a 400 that says the student is no longer active.
